As a Saratoga Photographer, I get to work with some amazing people. Perhaps you remember Joanna Romanzo of Lipstick n Lashes. She has recently taken over management of The Medberry Spa in Ballston Spa. Last week I had the opportunity to photograph the Spa for her website.
Joanna took over management of the Spa on November 1 of this year. The Medberry features mineral baths with San Souci water. People come from all over New York State and New England to experience the health benefits of the mineral baths. Mineral baths have many beneficial properties including detoxifying the body, soothing sore muscles, and softening skin. The baths have been compared to the mineral water in the Dead Sea. The Medberry offers two single tubs as well as a double whirlpool tub.
You can book a massage package at the Spa. Or you can try a mineral bath in the Sans Souci waters.
Since taking over, Joanna has added some nice little touches to the Spa–new plush robes and slippers, water features with soothing sounds, and lemon and cucumber water is available to drink. They now have a fully renovated Relaxation Room where you can sit to enjoy some water or a cup of coffee while waiting for your services.
