It is always an honor and a privilege to photograph a wedding for a couple.
It is even more special when you have known the bride and have watched her grow up. When Katie asked me to photograph her wedding I was so excited!
Katie and Joe live in the Manchester/Glastonbury area of Connecticut now, so they chose to hold their wedding there. It was wonderful for me to get to see an new part of New England and to photograph in a quintessential Connecticut destination. The day started out crisp and clear when we began photographing the guys. It continued to be a picture perfect day all around. After the ceremony at St Bridget’s we went to the Charles Teney Tavern for photos on the grounds. After that, we stopped by The Labyrinth Brewing Company for some fun shots and a quick beer. We ended up at the Glastonbury Hills Country Club for a super fun, action packed reception.
